1. Age Requirement
Products sold by EU VAPE may be subject to minimum-age restrictions.
You may only purchase age-restricted products from EU VAPE if you meet the minimum legal age required to purchase those products in the country or jurisdiction where you reside and where the order is delivered.
By placing an order, you confirm that you meet all applicable minimum-age requirements.
2. Age Verification
EU VAPE reserves the right to verify a customer’s age before accepting or fulfilling an order.
Depending on the destination, applicable regulations and the verification methods available to us, we may request or use information necessary to confirm that the purchaser meets the applicable minimum legal age.

We reserve the right to cancel an order where we reasonably believe that an attempt is being made to circumvent age restrictions.
6. Delivery

The person receiving an age-restricted shipment may therefore be required to provide acceptable evidence of age or identity where applicable.
7. International Customers
EU VAPE serves customers in multiple jurisdictions, and minimum-age requirements and rules governing vaping products can differ between countries.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding their location and identity.
EU VAPE may restrict the availability or shipment of products based on applicable legal or regulatory requirements.
Nothing in this policy transfers to the customer any legal responsibility that applicable law places directly on EU VAPE as the seller.
8. Children and Minors
EU VAPE does not intend to market or sell age-restricted vaping or nicotine products to children or persons below the applicable legal purchasing age.
Age-restricted products must be kept away from children.
9. Nicotine Warning
Some products available through EU VAPE may contain nicotine.
Nicotine is an addictive substance.
Customers should review all product labels, warnings and manufacturer instructions before use.
10. Refusal of Service
Subject to applicable law, EU VAPE reserves the right to refuse or cancel transactions where we reasonably believe:
- The customer does not meet the applicable minimum legal age;
- Age verification has failed or cannot be completed;
- False information has been provided;
- Products are being purchased for an underage person; or
- Fulfilling the transaction would violate applicable law.
11. Privacy
Information processed for age-verification purposes is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Where we use an independent age-verification provider, that provider may also process information according to its own privacy policy and applicable law.

We may update this Age Policy when our procedures, services or applicable requirements change.
